Since 2014, our highly experienced construction management team have enjoyed endless success with our projects. How do we do it? Well, we can’t tell you all our secrets, but we can say it involves comprehensive supervision and intense attention to detail.
Our name speaks to our ethos, our services and our approach. Based in Queenstown, New Zealand – Project360 is the only locally owned and operated construction services company. Our team of highly experienced construction, project managers and quantity surveyors are committed to helping clients understand their project, the process involved, and are proficient in executing the steps necessary to ensure a high-quality build.
Collectively, Project360 offers high value expertise across the spectrum of commercial and residential property development ensuring design objectives are met, an effective process is formulated, unnecessary costs avoided, and the right team is introduced to take the project through to successful completion.
Project360 utilises a new construction services model that aligns our project management, construction management and quantity surveying capabilities with pre-vetted qualified professionals, including planners, architects, engineers and contractors through to landscape and interior designers. Our mission is to deliver a streamlined and cost-effective solution, saving our clients time and money – from start to finish.
Project360 offers four pillars of service – development management, project management, quantity surveying and construction management. Each service can be engaged separately and tailored to suit any type of project, however Project360 prefers to offer an entire service and be involved in the entire development from ideation to completion.

Development management includes feasibility studies, financing, marketing and sales, legal advice, and regulatory management. Engaging Project360’s development management services ensure achievement of all planning vision and objectives. Project360 can manage all aspects of a commercial or residential project well before construction is underway.
Project360’s feasibility services help clients in creating a viable concept that conforms with their financial expectations. These services are available for residential homes, multi-family apartments, offices and multi-use developments, incorporating both equity and debt requirements, rates of return, land assessment and valuation.
Project360 can assist with financing as we have a strong network of money lenders and brokers, aligning your project with an institute who can help provide the financing you require. We manage negotiations and documentation requirements.
Project360’s relationship with key local real estate agents allows us to recommend and negotiate a marketing and sales package which best suits your development. Our awareness of the local market also allows us to streamline your design to suit the current demand.
The resource and building consent process can be a hurdle for many developments. We manage the entire process bringing in key consultants to make the process as pain free as possible. The team we have in place will work together to ensure we foresee any issues before they are raised. We will make sure all consenting is completed and signed off before moving to the next stage of the project.
Project360’s project management team are specialists in residential and commercial construction. During the construction process they’re on-site daily, meeting with contractors, consultants and health and safety representatives to ensure the project is running smoothly. Clients receive regular updates and detailed monthly reports covering construction, team performance, tracking progress, and addressing any queries that may arise.
The first critical step to the success of any project is planning. Our team works together to plan out each step of your project. From assessing any potential risk areas to determining the best construction methodology.
Project360 have formed strong partnerships with local and national based consultancy and construction firms. We can tailor a team to suit your project. We promote a team environment and unique culture within our projects which we believe is our key to success.
Time is money – our project manager will provide an overall master program which sets timeframes & milestones including design, regulatory consents, construction and compliance.
Cost control throughout any development is critical to the project’s success. Project360’s quantity surveyors take care of all financial matters, from pre-contract budgeting and cost negotiations through to the final payment claim approval. Our experienced quantity surveyors provide professional cost management, reporting and advice.
Initial budgeting and cost feasibility are crucial at the early stages of any project. We have vast experience with many types of projects from residential to hotel developments. Over the years we have amassed a database of financial information allowing us to determine the most cost-effective approach.
Throughout the project all financials are processed and signed off by Project360, giving us overall control and a clear understanding of the financial status from start to finish.
Project360 allocates a dedicated construction manager to your project and they remain present on site throughout the entire duration of the development. Their role is to manage the program including assisting the contractors providing buildability advice, liaising with consultants and coordinating site activities. A dedicated quantity surveyor is also assigned, providing cost management and financial advice throughout.
How it Works
Project360 is contracted as an agent to the client. Our role is to manage the entire process of the project including coordination of the consultants, trades and all on-site activities.
Additional resources are obtained through a tender process, with each successful consultant and contractor being engaged directly to the client. This differs from the traditional model whereby the principal building contractor then hires the sub-contractors. With Project360 managing all contractors including the builder, this allows us to structure the project to suit, giving us more control. This unique approach removes unknown fees creating an open book model, giving more transparency to the client.
By contracting the trades to the client with Project360 as the middleman, it removes risk from the contractors as there are no ties to sub-contractors and suppliers, but in turn this means we can negotiate better fees and reduce or remove margins.
As Project360 is so heavily involved with the project, we will be mitigating any risk by implementing robust systems, customising contracts to suit and overseeing every detail of the project.
